The gorgeous 'Princess Flowers Dress' has a fitted sweetheart bodice covered in delicate flowers with bardot sleeves and a corset back fastener. The full skirt has four layers and can also accommodate a hoop to make it extra full and has a top layer of sparkle tulle and a second layer of shimmering full bodied material.
